At Magic Mountain, we want you to love your new style, but if something isn't quite right, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in the original packaging or a sturdy mailer, ensuring all original fashion tags and labels are included.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your drop-off receipt to track your return back to our peak.
